
Our Plural Pinot Noir was crafted using 100% Adelaide Hills fruit. Plural Pinot Noir combines different vintages. Our 2018 release combines our 2016, 2017 and 2018 vintages to create a perfectly blended and deliciously complex wine.
Each year, the fruit for Plural Pinot Noir are hand-picked and 75% of the fruit whole bunch fermented by ambient yeast.The single vintages are then matured in French oak puncheons on full lees before being blended and bottled.
Only 1,200 bottles produced.
